Instruments to maintain the homeostasis of the lab are included in this category as well, like the water re-circulators and chillers, Air dryer or dehumidifier designed to maintain the ambiance of your laboratory, Trolleys to carry cylinder and other heavy items amongst others

Chemicals

Chemical composition testing and analysis of samples, mixtures of substances, or unknown substances. Accurate analysis of the chemical composition of a material will provide invaluable information, assisting chemical problem solving, supporting R&D and ensuring the quality of a chemical formulation or product.

Chemical composition analysis can require the application of a combination of analytical methods in order to achieve a full picture of the chemical structures and concentrations of the components in a sample. To aid product development, the concentration of specific components, such as an active ingredient which impart a unique function to the product, should be determined in order to understand the product's performance or quality.

This category represents all of the chemicals that are necessary for most laboratories. The execution of experiments in a lab does not only require sound judgment and precise evaluation but also chemicals that are the most important requirement for any kind of lab to carry out experiments smoothly. Chemicals can either be pure or a mixture of several other chemicals depending upon their compositions. Chemicals may exist in the form of solids, liquids, gases, or plasma. Different fields in which chemicals are utilized include microbiology, molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical industries, simple physics, chemistry, biology, etc. The current category offers an assortment of different range of chemicals that includes buffers, biochemical’s, fine chemicals, stains, reagents, indicators, reference standards, acids, solvents, steroids, specialty chemicals, isotopically labeled analogs, and nanoparticles.

It is of utmost importance to follow basic rules of precautions while handling laboratory chemicals.

Laboratory Glassware

The glass is an inorganic, transparent, rigid, non-crystalline, and versatile material made up of a mixture of metal oxides fused at high temperatures. The glassware is widely known across the globe for its three significant properties: transparency, stability and inertness, and malleability. The transparent nature of the glass enables the user to observe a reaction taking place within. The stability and inertness prevent the glass from reacting to the chemicals used in the laboratory.

The malleable glass offers the creation of new designs and shapes of the apparatus and repair if broken. Laboratory Glassware may be used to store the chemicals (solid or liquid), transfer of chemicals, for making solution, reagents, etc. amongst others. Most of this laboratory glassware is heat, corrosion, chemical, and temperature resistant.

Diagnostic Products

Diagnosis involves the identification of a particular phenomenon. Diagnostic products can aid in the detection and study of infectious agents. These products are employed in microbiological analyses by detecting the presence of microorganisms by applying molecular biology and biochemistry to medical testing. These diagnostic processes utilize in-vitro biological assays such as PCR-ELISA or Fluorescence in-situ hybridization. They can detect molecules often present in low concentrations, which are a marker of disease or risk, or perhaps a metabolite of the pathogen, which is present in samples taken from a patient.

Various methods based on nucleic acid detection require polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to vastly increase the number of nucleic acid molecules. Some diagnostic kits employ antigen-antibody reactions to detect the presence of infections. Microarrays chips facilitate the testing of multiple biomarkers at once ensure proper diagnosis.

These diagnostic protocols require various biochemicals and other microbiological reagents. These include sodium citrate, EDTA, clot activator, lithium heparin, Widal test kits, antigen solutions, antibody solutions etc.

Consumable

Consumables used in the laboratory are those items that must be replaced regularly when they are used or wear down. The quality of laboratory consumables can be defined as the accuracy, reliability, and precision of the consumables used. All plastics used to produce laboratory consumables must meet controlled purity requirements. They must possess certain properties required by the manufacturing process. Laboratory consumables must not demonstrate any signs of aging and the raw materials used to produce them (PP and PE) should meet the requirements of modern plastic-based lab consumables.

The types of lab ware include glassware, plastic ware and general lab supplies while the types of consumables include but not limited to tubes, strips, filters, kits, reagents, caps, tips, gloves, and more. High-quality laboratory consumables are those that are easy to use and their characteristic is directly related to technological development. Generally, the more sophisticated laboratory consumables or instruments are, the easier they should be to use. Moreover, sophisticated and easy-use equipment can reduce work time and the number of laboratory materials (such as volume and concentration) necessary for an experiment. Green genome Provide Such Best quality of Consumables at reasonable Price.

Antibodies, Proteins & ELISA Kits

Antibodies or immunoglobulin’s are large proteins that are generally produced by the plasma cells to neutralize pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. Antibodies function by recognizing a unique molecule on the pathogen which is called an Antigen. The antibody then binds the antigen based on the specificity. The Antibody-Antigen binding can carry out a diverse set of functions which include neutralization, precipitation, agglutination, complement activation etc.

Antibodies vary in structure and function based on numerous factors. They can be nonspecific, bi-specific or polyvalent based on how many different antigens they can bind. The source of the antigen such as rabbits, horses, humans etc. also decides the species reactivity. Furthermore, antibodies could be conjugated or unconjugated, primary or secondary and so on.

In biological research, many assays utilize antigen-antibody reactions to detect target protein. Usually, it involves ELISA based experiments, which can be carried out conveniently using commercially available kits. Green genome offers various products for antigen-antibody assays, which include primary and secondary antibodies, purified proteins, controls, conjugated antibodies, peptides, enzymes, assay kits, recombinant proteins etc.

Genomics

The Genomics Laboratory (formerly Laboratory of Molecular Technology) is an integrated, high-throughput molecular biology laboratory focusing on the development of genetics and genomics technologies, together with associated laboratory automation systems, data analysis, and information management tools.

Genomics is a broad term to denote the study of the genetic makeup of an organism that is the genome. Genomics Laboratory solutions for a wide range of tests available for everyone. Labs and collection centers use state-of-the-art equipments that help provide accurate test results within clinically relevant time. of tests ranging from the simplest screening to advanced tests under molecular pathology, cytogenetic, histopathology & hematology. By definition, a genome is 'the complete set of genes or genetic material present in a cell or organism'. This field of science includes all kinds of DNA/RNA related experiments which may have very diverse inferences in medicine, biology, microbiology, neuroscience, pharmacy, and other vital branches of science. Explore each subcategory under Genomics for more specific details on techniques, procedures, and product-related information.

Proteomics

Proteomics is the large-scale study of proteins. Proteins are vital parts of living organisms, with many functions, for example composing the structural fibers of muscle to the enzymes that catalyze the digestion of food to synthesizing and replicating DNA..  Most techniques currently used in proteomics involve the separation of the vast number of proteins present in a cell or tissue at a given time prior to analysis by MS and recognition and characterization using bioinformatics techniques. The protein separation can be performed at the protein or peptide level.

Medical Equipments

Access to good quality, affordable, and appropriate health products is indispensable to advance universal health coverage, address health emergencies, and promote healthier populations.

Without medical devices, common medical procedures – from bandaging a sprained ankle, to diagnosing HIV/AIDS, implanting an artificial hip or any surgical intervention – would not be possible. Medical devices are used in many diverse settings. Equipment or supplies that are used to diagnose, test, or find patients’ conditions. The equipment is used to detect any abnormalities in the organs or other parts of the body that may be causing the symptoms. Without the diagnostic equipment, medical professionals would not be able to correctly diagnose the patient and provide the correct treatment.
